From QR Weekly Notices, it i sknown that a rail motor ambulance was in use at Blair Athol, from May 1918, presumably to transport patients from that coal mining town to hospital in Clermont, 11 miles (17.7km) south.
It may have been provided by a mining company rather that the QATB. It did not appear in the 1925 list.
Except that it had a portable turntable, nothing else is known.
