An ambulance rail motor was located at Tully for use between Cardwell and Innisfail by about 1925.  In that year, the tully QATB asked the CME of the QGR to supply axles (one with belt drive pulley), wheels and bearings as used on QGR inspection rail motors, so it was apparently built in Tully that year.  It was not available by 1935.  Nothing else is known of it.
